1st Step: Let Go of the Belief that you're NOT an INTERESTING Person

One major shift that will make you more interesting instantly is your beliefs. Look, if you think you're not interesting, why should I or ANYBODY else think you are? If you don't find what you are saying valuable or interesting, no one else will. It starts and ends with you. Do this before proceeding to further steps.

2nd Step: It's NOT What You Say, It's How You Say it

This has been, hands down, one of the most mind blowing things I've come across. Simply put, the most BORING topic can be made extremely interesting, and the MOST interesting topic can be made boring. How? By your sub-communications

I've always heard this, but never given it enough importance...until I tried it out for myself.

Example: Yesterday I tried acting like a TOTAL Nice Guy....I told a girl I liked her, I said all the super nice cringy things, BUT my sub-communications were on point....long story short: She went Crazy.(In a good way)

More Examples Here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KPnUpBtKs1A

Body Language: Try to be expressive. Use Gestures. Use your face. Smile. Play the freaking ROLE! Seriously, when you're telling a story, talking, etc. imagine yourself in a movie, and get the Oscar.

Vocal Tonality: There are many kinds of Vocal Tonalities. A lot of people these days tell you to use "Breaking Rapport" Tonality since it makes you appear more "Alpha", and That's partially true.

Do NOT do this all the time. You need to be engaging with your words, you need to intrigue, shock, and switch a lot of vocal tonalities when you're speaking.

Masters at this are Public Speakers. Watch some TED Talks and focus at the Speakers' Sub-Communications.

ALL of them implement what's mentioned above.

Ok, now that you're equipped with a lethal weapon....let's get things straight!

3rd Step: Cultivate a Fun Lifestyle

Everything we mentioned above is very helpful, but this one's the real deal. It takes skill to tell a boring thing in an interesting way (Using what's above allows you to do so effortlessly), but what's better is telling something that's ALREADY interesting in an interesting way! It's like conversations on steroids.

What did I do to have interesting stories on the daily? I put myself out there. Seriously, if you can get yourself to face your fears on the daily, get out of your comfort zone, and do things that are a little crazy, you'll have cool shit to tell.

I can't tell you how many times I've encountered a weird animal when on a hike, or how I almost drowned when a HUGE wave hit me, or that time I had to run away from 2 scary dogs while jogging in the morning, or the 2 times I got hit by a car (I suck at crossing streets, please don't get hit by a car for a story) P.S: I can cross streets very well now!

Point being, put yourself out there, 1% at a time. NO STRESS. You'll have cool stories to tell in no time.

Alright buddy, I'll cya on the next one!

Until then, Keep Going.
