She is looking for a husband, if you are not ready or not seeing her as your wife just leave her.

Usually the girl thinking you are a player and knowing u have an active dating life is a very good thing for attraction purposes (social proof), and helps u more than it hurts u for casual dating, but if she is genuinely seeking something serious she could very well be attracted to you but may be questioning if u would stop riding the carousel for her. If you are also considering something serious just speak your mind to her and get on the same page and ask to start over and she can take it or leave it.

Thanks for responding. Would you recommend bringing up the whole her seeing me out on a date thing?

This is where you don't lie, but you also don't bring it up just for the sake of being honest. Only talk about it if she brings it up first, then just own it, you weren't with anybody so you were and still are allowed to date anyone you want, this way you ain't seeing this girl out of a lack of options, you are choosing her over the rest. Even if she seems bitter at first, women love knowing they are beating their competitors.

Don't bring up her seeing u thing that will just make things awkward. Just meet her nd tell her how u feel and let her tell her side. (I like u and i really see this going somewhere, i would like to know u more) Try to work things out, if it works good if it doesn't move on. (However do this only if ur ready to date her)

This is a soft rejection or a sign of disinterest as you put it. There's not much you can do to salvage it without coming off as needy.
