I would give it a try and see the difference. Not that you purposely want to lie, but you need to see how it could give you a different output and start from there. Believe me, lowering your age a couple years should be fine. I’ve seen guys who are clearly in their 40’s claim that they’re 20’s. Those grey hair and wrinkles don’t lie.

But I wouldn’t rely much on dating apps. I’d do cold approach, you’d be surprised how many single women of your target audience walk around out there without any men next to them.

& You want to have another child(ren??) with an early 40yo woman? Seems like a unicorn. Woman at that age are either divorced like you, already exhausted with children they’re raising or are coming to an end on raising. Or - they’re single and childless, which, either you’re looking at a crazy camp, or a successful camp. To attract the ladder you need to bring a lot to the table - and also be able to find them.

Also fuck what the other dude said. People have preferences if you’re seeking something serious and find someone who is looking for the same - it would all be based on a lie and unfair to them.
