I don't really post on the dating sites much anymore, although this stuff was the center of my life for a long time... but I've thought about this post continually and I think it's so simple yet would help so many people to internalize it. I came up from voted most likely to be a virgin my freshman year in college, to becoming a dating coach and speaking at international conventions.

When I started out on my journey, like most people, I looked at a sort of ROI with my social interactions. I'd get in a knot about stupid shit, like people not calling me, me having to call people more often than they called me, how many girls I called or talked to that didn't respond, etc.

Now, I do expect an ROI from my social interactions because I am a sales man and run several charities that depend on it, but that's a different sort of ROI. Now I get back meaningful results in the form of large sales or monetary donations, which is a whole different topic.

Btw - ROI simply means Return on Investment, or what you expect to get back.

Anyways, I remember how I used to think about how much effort I put into calling people, whether my friends called me to do stuff as often as I called them, whether I was invited to stuff like parties as often as I invited people to parties. Whether girls called me more often, or I had to call them... why they wouldn't call me.

All of this thinking is completely bullshit and beta. Once you really get it, and I hope this will help some people to understand it somehow, you just don't think like that.

I organize shit now. I lead several groups, some professional, some charitable, and some personal. I call people and get shit done, pull people together. I get far too many responses to adequately track them all like I should... but it's not really the point.

Most people are just lame dweebs that don't know how to socialize and get shit done. It's not about them not liking you, it's about them not being the social genius that most people here are trying to be.

Alpha's get shit done, they don't wait for shit to happen to them. They are the leaders, the organizers, the problem solver. They get people to get along with each other, feel involved, and do things. It's far less selfish than most of PU makes it out to be.

A true alpha goes from only caring about himself to having to juggle the needs of a large group of people that look up to him.

Anyways, don't know if this helped anybody but I hope it did because I know this sort of thinking can change your life.
