You never stop learning game regardless of your age. The idea that your life is over at 18 is hillariously wrong. Even if you were 50 you still have to keep learning about women, even if you thin you already figure it out, there is always more to learn. It's a never ending process of constant learning.

Just start by trying and failing. That's how you learn. Most women your age have very little experience too, and they will not hold it against you that you're a virgin. Many of them are virgins too. I'd say at least 30%
