Look for YouTube videos about socializing and stuff like that, I would suggest RSDmax, he is a cool guy and some of os videos could help you I guess

Step by step. Small advances at a time. Begin by making small talk with strangers, ask directions (even if you know where you're going), try going to a new place to eat or drink and asking for a recommendation or something. Make mistakes, learn from them, let them go. Try and find new experiences. Write your thoughts down in a journal or such, try to tap into deeper areas of yourself, your likes and dislikes, your history, insecurities, so you can come to understand yourself better. They key, I guess, is to work, over time, to feel more comfortable with yourself, finding out who you are and what you want, expressing yourself openly and honestly. If you're feeling awkward about saying something, try to preface it, "I'm not sure how to say this..." or "I'm having trouble communicating a bit" or "I'm not sure how to go about this" etc. You'd be surprised how open and relaxed people will get when you're honest about things.

There's no 'quick' fix here. It just takes time, practice, experience and personal growth.

Don't text unless it's for setting up a meet.

It's not the hard rule people make it to be. You can be successful by text. But if it's a problem for you and you're better in person, just focus on that.
