It's the capital of the free world, and in my opinion one of the best places on earth, pickup or otherwise. There are all sorts of great club/bar areas, and there's a lot of potential for day game, especially if you're willing to wander into Annapolis as well. Any sedditors in the area interesting in forming a lair? Always nice to have wingmen nearby...
