I am new to the city. Hell I'm new to the country and I don't know a lot of people, I have enough of a "game" level to be social enough to get by, but I can't make any meaningful connections since I had never been in a city where I needed it before. So, I'm looking for someone who is nearby to help me out at least to get me started.

Recently I discovered the reason why I'm never able to get the girl I'm actually interested in is because I am social enough and I have enough "game" to make friends but don't really take it the whole way unless I am interested in her which screws with my possibilities because I can't gauge what I'm doing correctly. Well, screw that, I want to get experience in that and this new city should help me do it so I intend to do so. This is why I'm asking for someone nearby, if there's no one, at least some tips?
