Todd V approach anxiety vid in the tubes of the you. Write out the reasons why you didn't approach and analyze whether they're legitimate. Virtually every single time they aren't, there's no downside to approaching, it just feels like it because of evolutionary baggage.

Yeah man I basically fight it every waking day I’m out and about. I’ve been tackling this in a couple different ways by reminding myself how awesome it is to get to meet new people every day and how I open myself up to a wider spectrum of experience just by doing this. Another thing I do is I think logically about my “risks” and I find out the only thing I risk is missing out on learning by not engaging intentionally these daily moments. Also, just say “Fuck it”’and go in. Really mean it, no overthinking. I could go more in depth on this if you want that.
