Despite approaching being the very first step in seduction, it is probably the area most men are stuck in. Even many men here in this subreddit probably suffer from crippling AA.

The standard solution echoed just about everywhere is to "just do it" however, those of you who suffer severe AA know that this simply does not work. To that end here are a couple links I found and/or wrote that could help you, while sifting through pages of frankly, garbage on google under "Curing approach anxiety"
