To keep it short, I have issues approaching girls in real life.

Context: I have gotten laid a few times, mostly from online dating where it's clearer that the girl is into me. While I have a bit of a dry spell even through this, I think I will be able to improve. I'm quite physically attractive, definitely not a turn off, witty and can get along with people well. I get a lot of matches online and don't seem to have trouble getting dates.

My bigger issue is that I seem to have a poor mentality when wanting to approach girls in real life. Despite the validation gotten online, I still feel unattractive in a bar or club. I sometimes just look around scanning for girls who are making eye contact, see that nobody is checking me out, and I get depressed and feel unattractive and a loser. I may not even try to approach a girl sometimes. I usually don't approach at all to be honest. Sometimes I just spiral into thinking that nobody is attracted to me, and I don't make any moves which I recognise is self-defeating. I don't know why that is. But I need help getting over this.
