I read something on this sub a few days ago about never approaching a girl who's currently working at her job. Are there never any exceptions to this rule? I go to this salon to get my haircut and a new girl started working there frequently compliments my appearance and shoots the shit with me way more than any of the other girls there. I can't tell whether she's interested or just doing her job and don't want things to get weird with my go-to salon. Has anyone had any similar experiences? Also if it matters I'm 22 and she's 18.
