So I've read Models and Mark said that he likes to approach with a clear intention saying for example: "I think you are attractive and I want to meet you".

What do you think about this method? Did he say that this is the only way? Or maybe I should say whatever comes to my mind? Because I don't really think that this sentence will be appropriate in some places.

A person who is non-needy will show his vulnerabillity. What if I want to meet some friends? Do I walk to them and say the same thing? "Hey I wanna be your friend", I think it's pretty strange.

This thing about the book made me think a little bit. Some pieces are missing for me.
