I had gone to the library today and saw ,this really hot girl  However all the seats beside or opposite her were occupied. So I just sat on another table just a few meters away. We exchanged too many glances but I didn't approach her as going up to her at that moment would be too direct(or so I thought) is it safe to approach her the next time I go that she has seen and made eye contact with me already or would it be creepy? How should I go about this?
