IOIs are unimportant. Always assume attraction.

IOI's are bench marker's that allow you to cognitively know she is attracted to you. Once you do this for a while you just know without looking for IOIs.

IOI's Up front are not important, just approach anyway (though it helps once you get them, since it means she wants you there and bitch shields etc won't be a problem).

While you're IN SET they are by most methods more important, since you can calibrate where you are by them. If she gives tons, skip all the valuebuilding and kiss. If she gives none, get her down off her platform.
