Not gonna lie, downplaying cancer is kinda a hard thing man. Most people know someone whose life has been very much effected by cancer so its going to obviously come up a lot. Are you sure that is why girls are sleeping with you? btw friend of mine is going through stomach cancer as well, keep your head up man take care of yourself first.

I actually didn't however I JUST saw that Ted talk about a week ago and it is SOOOOOOOOO money. It's crazy cause we legit taught the same principals. DO IT.. I promise you that stuff is life changing.

Keep a journal and every night write in it for 15 minutes about anything you want. Over time you are going to be able to read back through and notice patterns in your life that you might find healthy or not. A journal is the best way to see what is going on inside of you much like the reflection in a mirror.

I am excited for this. Mark is one of the people that I consider a huge inspiration and friend. He is AWESOME so check this out.

Your body type matters but not as much as most people think. If you are 500lbs chances are you are not getting the girl who is a 10

Wow.. Good one. I guess I would saw inventory your life to get you more than 30 minutes. But.... If that is all you can find, JOURNAL.

Thank you for your kind words but I encourage you NOT to unsub from this. There are people in here who are very helpful and amazing all around and you can learn tons from them. There are also the others but for the most part the good will far out weight the bad.

Success breeds success. Start small. Also figure out why you are fearing it? A lot of times it has to do with a perceived inadequacy in ones self. It would help you quite a bit to take some time and figure out why you are self sabotaging. I also HIGHLY recommend the 4 agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.

I thought this for a long time, then time and time again I was proved wrong when I started dating very attractive girls. These things matter.
/r/seduction01/11/12 05:29 PM

Without meeting and speaking with you I couldn't fully answer this but I can say that there is something there.
/r/seduction01/11/12 05:28 PM

This is something that I don't like about the PU industry. They teach you how to get the girl but not keep her. Keeping a girl has many factors to it SOME of which are universal like being fun and adventurous but know that adventure takes many forms as a relationship progresses. First off I would ask you WHY do you think you keep falling into that pattern?
/r/seduction01/11/12 05:28 PM

Good catch.
/r/seduction01/11/12 05:25 PM

I don't think money really matters in most of these things. Buying clothes doesn't mean breaking the bank.

Bingo! You get it! This will take you far man.
/r/seduction01/11/12 03:14 PM

I am willing to bet that there is something else going on as to why women are not talking to you other than just your eyes. A lot of times people get self conscious when they don't get a result and they search for reasons as to why. Do you think this is possible?
/r/seduction01/11/12 03:12 PM
1

and because it works, you start believing in yourself and you become more confident Are you believing in "yourself" or a line? The premise of this post and the crux of my discussion here is that this logic makes you believe in a line and thus overtime you become outcome dependent rather than building a set of social skills based off of your own personality. They say that you're a conglomeration of the 5 people you hang out with the most. This is 100000000% true btw

The 4 Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz (This was required reading for EVERY student we taught). No More Mr Nice Guy. By Dr. Robert Glover The Mastery of Love by Done Miguel Ruiz (Again, required reading) Happy for No Reason by Marci Shimoff These 4 will get you on the right path. :)

Some of it does. When it comes to when the rules change a bit however there are universal truths. Look & Dress your best. People (not just men) value people who take care of themselves. If you would like more I can elaborate :)

I would say 2 things. 1) If it really is messing with you have you been seeking medical advice? 2) I don't think that this is something women would find as a deal breaker. It would help you quite a bit to accept things that you cannot change as well. Let me say it this way, as you go through life there is ALWAYS going to be something you want to change about your physical appearance. Learn to embrace where you are right now and what you are working with and be happy with yourself. Strive to be t…

Best advice I can give is be yourself. It has been said time and time again by coaches and people outside of PU as well that you need to be your BEST self. This is VERY true when it comes to life. Fashion comes in many forms, not just a suit and tie. The reason it is important is it shows a level of respect that you have for yourself. That "self" is always communicating to others around you.

I can assure you I have never once felt guilty because we worked harder than anyone I have EVER seen to give our students more value than imaginable. To put it in perspective, we have given students WEEKS more of free time because we felt they needed it. We went so far and beyond what I have seen and experienced other companies do that I have no remorse or ill feelings. This doesn't mean other companies are giving value, it just means that I know what we did for our students from attending their…

Harsh reality. You WILL be judged on your appearance, it doesn't make people shallow it makes people people. Don't like it, look in the mirror cause guys are the biggest perpetrators of this. Truth is you can't fuck a personality. That being said, there are other things in life that matter as well.

and it turns out I fear success Props for realizing that. I have battled this a lot as well.. I disagree with this line in particular You went on to say its good to go out sometimes and not give a flying fuck what you look like. The reason I do is because I am worth it. I like looking good and I do it for ME... Not for anyone else.

Yes that is precisely what I was going for... Figures a girl gets it :P In all seriousness you do have some advantages in the dating world BUT.. You have a slew of disadvantages as well. Before I began my seminars I would tell guys that girls have it rough... They would laugh and I would tell them that I am serious. Girls are primarily judged on ONE thing when it comes to attraction, looks. Guys are judged on many things. Its like having a test that has one answer on it and if you get it wrong y…

I am going to give you 7 tips along with a couple books that will help you out quite a bit. This thread isn't about me and my journey so I will keep it out of here for now but if you have further questions ask away! Change your look, change your life! People often underestimate the power of the way you look. The clothes that you were tell a story about the content of your character. Far too often we see something that we like and say to ourselves that there is no way that I would look good in th…

I agree with some of the things you said here. Women are creates of emotion, this is 100% true and no one if finding this groundbreaking. I could sit here and type a 12 page response to this but I think we are debating one major point. That point would be the difference between knowledge and wisdom. You KNOW what you should do to get better but often times guys will want someone to walk them through it because of fear. Coaches are AMAZING for helping guys push through their sticking points much …

IMO, PU stuff tends to make you focus on yourself way too much if you don't understand that most people are as focused on themselves as you are. Don't know who you are but you just nailed it man.

2 Parts. 1) Attraction at its core is self confidence. This means that women overwhelmingly find confidence to be the #1 most attractive thing about a guy. (Pretty sure no one will argue this). When you boil down all this "game" stuff you are basically doing routines and tactics to display confidence. Think about it for a minute... Approaching.. Takes guts to walk up to a girl in a bar. Banter... Showing a funny side aka not taking things to serious so you must be self assure. Everything in game…

While I agree with some of the things you said here, understand that techniques are training wheels. When you learn to ride a bike you need these things but they are simply to guide you. Soon you ditch the wheels and you are riding on your own. I am suggesting that these training wheels aren't really that important if you understand the reasons WHY you are not successful already.

TOTALLY wrong idea of how to approach women. People mistake confidence for arrogance all the time! Being fashionable doesn't have anything to do with Jersey Shore haha. Hey, First understand that you should STOP viewing relationships as a game. In a relationship real feelings are on the line and the more you try to "game" a relationship the more you drive her away. There are something things you NEED to know about a relationship though. 1) SHE MUST INVEST MORE THAN YOU. If you invest more into the relationship she will lose attraction for you. Allow the woman to be a woman and pursue you. 2) Define your boundaries. From the beginning define your boundaries and …

Anytime you lower a persons overall worth via negs, insults, or action you are a taker. Often times the self professed "nice guys" are takers because they have the illusion of being nice all the while wanting to TAKE something from the girl. Sex alone is an act of taking however if both parties are better for being together and having sex then the sex builds rather than takes. This is the frame that I build around EVERY sexual encounter. Often times the community treats women like "targets" rath…

Here is the formula for SNLs (btw Rob Judge is coming on for a Q&A soon ask him this as well) Mayson's SNL Formula: Sexual Attraction ---->Comfort-----> Sexual Attraction-----> Comfort haha that's it. Seriously, you should be weaving sexual attraction and comfort together. Escalate your touching while making her FEEL sexy.

Yah, it is more of a challenge when you live in a small town. I suggest that you don't limit yourself to one small place if you can help it. Since you are there, here is what I can tell you: Understand that you don't get a player vibe if you do this right. Pick up should be able being a social fun guy that people are attracted to, NOT a man whore who gets a reputation for banging girls. Getting the vibe of a player has the subcontext that you take advantage of women. Being a seducer means you un…

Sure, First off before I get to sex I talk about how some people are givers in life and others are takers. I talk about how when we are raised as children we hear about people who "took" a woman's virginity and how women are typically in the role of "giving" things to guys. I explain to her that the most pleasure comes from two people who are givers. I reinforce the frame throughout the time I spend with her allowing her to be a giver to me and I show I am a giver as well. When two people are al…

I make a point to touch everyone all the time! First and foremost make that agreement with yourself that you are going to touch every person you have an interaction with.. Here is how I typically escalate. 1) I start with a bit of push and pull. This means as I am talking to her I will bring her in a bit and push her off while laughing at a moment of banter. Physical push and pull is very useful in escalation! 2) I typically have a flirty grin and will place my hand on her lower back. NOT grabbi…

Calibration is the understanding of social norms. I am sure other people have definitions as well but ultimately its like this.... If you are young and touch a stove you burn your hand. Next time you go to touch the stove you burn it again. Over time you learn the stove is hot and will hurt you if you touch it. I learned that women detest neediness by being a needy guy. What is LMR? haha Seriously though.. Last Minute Resistence doesn't happen often for me. The reason is I make women feel relaxed and comfortable not like I am about to take something from them. I see bad advice quite a bit. I am not the be all to end all on seddit and it's not my place to tell someone they are wrong. I basically talk about things that have worked in my life and the lives of my students. If someone listens and gets value than good! The industry is a marketing machine.. It needs "new" ideas to continue or it will collapse. I don't see myself as a "guru" or some big shot. Things like the park, ice cream, various fun activities and things like that. Bouncing is where dominance comes into play BIG TIME! Frame control is a great tool for shit tests but it sounds to me like you are not allowing yourself to feel any emotion. Women are creates of emotion NOT logic. Love gives us a sense of happiness. Happiness never comes from outside of us. When you are in love you are happy because of the love coming out of you; she is happy because of the love coming out of her. The total opposite of what you just said. It makes women have LESS control and sure women like to be desired but they like to chase more.

Not ignore (though I love the pic) just invest a little less. If she calls you 3 times a week pick up 2 times.. If she writes 4 paragraphs for an email you write 2. If she texts 5 times a day you answer 3-4... Seriously.. Invest just a little less. The minute you invest just a tiny bit more, attraction begins to fade.

/r/seduction09/05/11 07:10 PM

That does suck a lot.. But.. Understand that a person will only let themselves be loved as much as they love themselves and no more. As you love/invest her more than she loves herself, she has to sabotage the relationship to reduce the in-congruence it creates for her.

Sure these things work but the question is where do you find the motivation... What is the carrot at the end of the stick. This is why the pick up community (for all its flaws) is a GREAT motivator. Nothing is as motivating as a primal urge to reproduce.
/r/seduction20/04/11 10:31 PM
2

Sure.. this is the ideal mentality and one that develops with TIME and EXPERIENCE... but you are missing a major point.. What does the 23 year old virgin who is depressed and hates his life do to magically become happy and confident like you suggested.

I am SOOOOOOOO Looking forward to this guys!! Working with the mods here has been a blast thus far and I think we will be able to give you guys a ton of value with contests like this..

You don't see a supplicator in real life? You never see the person who sucks up to others because they seem others as higher value. The guy who buys girls drinks within 2 seconds of meeting them.. Not trying to be an ass here because I really do think you have a point man but this behavior is more common then you think.
/r/seduction19/04/11 09:45 PM

You are confusing a genuine person with a supplicator.
/r/seduction19/04/11 09:24 PM

Man you took the words out of my mouth!
/r/seduction19/04/11 12:57 PM
1

First off it would be... You have to concede that what you are doing isn't working. The basic fact is that you cannot change what you do not acknowledge. Second, Learn about women, learn why being a self professed nice guy hurts you. Read books like the Red Queen, Sperm Wars and My Secret Garden to get an understanding about women and their fantasies. Third, Learn how to attract women... There is this awesome community called "seddit" :P
/r/seduction19/04/11 12:55 PM
2

Yes all of us were clumsy.. I don't understand how that defense the point that this typical kind of nice guy is anything but nice... I never said he has nothing to offer a girl, your words not mine and yes if he is just befriending a girl so that she hopefully likes him that is the classic definition of ulterior motive..
/r/seduction19/04/11 12:52 PM
1

AFTER you build attraction... I say.. "You know what, you're actually pretty cool." Later of after a couple of dates and I know the vibe is there we will be texting back and forth at some point and when then I tell her, I think I kinda like you.. just a bit though :) I don't beat around the bush.
/r/seduction19/04/11 12:51 PM
1

See a lot of times people go to extremes... They work so hard not to be a nice guy that they think all works associated with "nice" are for whimps. This isn't true. I want to be treated nicely, so do girls... But they want a challenge.
/r/seduction19/04/11 12:49 PM

The first step is to start seeing conflict as a way to strengthen the connection rather than breaking it. Conflict is inevitable in life and in conflict it helps grow the bonds of friendships, relationships and self esteem. Practice asking for things that you want rather then avoiding them.
/r/seduction19/04/11 12:48 PM
2

Awesome! You will get there, just keep an open mind and heart.
/r/seduction19/04/11 12:34 PM

Your last sentence is perfect!!!!!! That is spot on and what the premise of the article is about.
/r/seduction19/04/11 12:32 PM
2

What? haha did you read it? I am basically shedding light on nice guys as something other then what their label says.. "nice." How am I jealous of nice guys?
/r/seduction19/04/11 12:31 PM
1

They often work hand and hand together. You can be nice and do good with girls but you cannot be a supplicator.
/r/seduction19/04/11 03:14 AM
3

Those guys who ask the girl out and are nice don't build attraction. They don't understand women and therefore have nothing to offer them. That is life.. The nice guys I am speaking of are the guys who slip in under the radar want the girl and try to do everything they can to make her feel good all the while having ulterior motives

I agree not all self professed nice guys have these issues. This article was to shed light in a realistic view of what the truth behind many "nice guys" tends to be. Sure there are genuine people out there!
/r/seduction19/04/11 02:18 AM

Not sure I used those vocabulary words but if you want to jump to conclusions be my guest.
/r/seduction19/04/11 02:17 AM

No but every woman I talk to I don't want to sleep with. I do walk up to women and tell them, Hi I noticed you from over there and I wanted to talk to you. That is the truth.
/r/seduction19/04/11 02:16 AM
5

When you are not upfront about your intention you are manipulating someone to get an outcome.. You can object all you want but it's not bull shit man. You befriending a girl to try to "get her" means you have an entirely different motive then to just be her friend.
/r/seduction19/04/11 12:46 AM

/r/seduction17/04/11 05:18 PM

I am going to try to keep this short but its a bit subject and one that might be work writing an article on. When a woman wants a kiss she will give off kissing IOI's. Look for something we call triangular gazing. This is when she will look at your eyes then mouth. If you catch her looking at your lips while conversation is happening or she is laughing its a good indicator she wants you to kiss her. My guess would be that you are no establishing any amount of touch. Girls are turned on like a vo…
/r/seduction17/04/11 04:02 PM
4

Getting a kiss is pretty easy and that is the good news. The bad news is it will require you to do things that you are not comfortable with. First thing is learn what kissing IOI's are. Learn when she is ready to be kissed (which you will find happens REALLY quick) and then practice getting girls to that point over and over again. This process is called calibration and will help you immensely.

I recently wrote a starting guide here: http://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/comments/goo43/step_by_step_advice_for_getting_good_with_women/ You CAN do this but know that it requires effort and time on your part.

Sense of humor is correct. You don't need to be a stand up comedian but making a girl laugh is important. Self confidence is THE MOST ATTRACTIVE trait bar none... Being a leader is another Physical attractiveness is a lot less important then people think. Being well put together is more accurate. Smiling... People don't realize that your smile is VERY important Creating FUN!!!!!! Don't over look this because it is something you have to be able to generate. There are others too :)

Ok, let's start with what you do know. List some things that women find attractive in guys. We will go from there.
/r/seduction13/04/11 01:10 PM

I HIGHLY suggest that you create them and post them in seddit for review. If enough people are interested I can do an article on how to create these.

/r/seduction13/04/11 03:10 AM
2

You're welcome!
/r/seduction13/04/11 03:09 AM

None of it applies to you because your neediness is clouding your judgment man.
/r/seduction10/04/11 04:47 PM

This is truth, women tend to be enough to deal with on their own never mind the drama that comes with boyfriends.
/r/seduction10/04/11 04:46 PM
18

I am going to give you straight forward advice here. To get that girl you need to create abundance in your life. Flat out,you are projecting a higher value on that ONE girl because your lack of success with women in the last 4 years is clouding your judgement. If we are starved for partners we tend to project a higher value on them then if we had an abundance of people in our lives we could choose from. This is why our neediness clouds our judgments and becomes a frame that alters our perception…

Their appearance is relevant and that is why I stated it! I totally agree that you should take care of yourself. We are in agreement here. I am simply stating that looks are not as important as one would think but that is NOT an excuse to let yourself go. Take care of you because YOU are worth it.
/r/seduction07/04/11 07:44 PM
2

the simple fact is that a more attractive guy attracts more women. Attracts.. Yes.. Sleeps with ... NO... I know so many good looking guys that don't get laid but they get TONS of attraction. I restate what I said before. Looks get you in the game but they don't score the runs for you... nice - 2. (of a person) Pleasant in manner; good-natured; kind: "he's a really nice guy". Sounds like a fuckin' pussy to me!> Being good natured and kind sounds like a pussy to you?

over thinking.. Stop taking yourself and people so seriously. I mess up, I just don't take things like talking to a stranger so seriously that I put my self worth on the line. Why do you care about their reaction?

Women test boundaries all the time. Don't blame them its part of human nature. Whether it is a relationship or maybe your just dating, women will say things like "does this make me look fat" things called "shit test" (better known as congruency tests) to test your reaction. They push boundaries because they need to feel a strong person push back. A guy who lets anyone walk all over them and supplicates to their every whim will not be respected in the long run. Respect comes with strength of char…

First off I NEVER get sick of question.. Seriously.. PM me or email me: [email protected] I will ALWAYS answer... I view unsuccessful attempts as successful learning experiences. Listen, experience breeds perspective and when you go through the motions you learn things that cannot be taught like calibration, getting a feel for the interaction and when you can up the anti so to speak. Every time I speak to a girl it is success, whether that leads me to sex or not is not my goal, my goal is t…

I actually am working really hard on the sub reddit to make it a place where people can go for information about all kinds of things pertaining to self confidence. There is STILL a place in seduction for inner game stuff but if people want to learn more /inner game will be a place for that making it quicker and easier to find information.
/r/seduction02/04/11 07:19 PM

motivation is about getting the energy to do something. Inner game is about making the actual changes. You can get motivated to fix your car but actually doing it is the process that is inner game.

In a marriage there is no chase... you caught each other. There is OTHER ways to show affection in a marriage. The problem is people thing pick up translates to relationships and marriages and the "game" never stops. If people believe this then we are going to face a lot of heart ache. He needs to sit her down and tell her what is and isn't working, no games, no chase, just a human being expressing what he needs and she needs to do the same.
/r/seduction27/03/11 06:04 PM
8

Hey man I know you have the BEST of intentions in your post so let's not get into a pissing match but your advice is flat out WRONG for marriages. Pick up is NOT for marriage. Your advise to withdraw some attention is going to lead this guy to a divorce. Telling her to put on that hot dress to a house wife who doesn't feel sexy in the first place is going to accomplish nothing. Things DRASTICALLY change when you are in a marriage and they change even more when you have kids. Pick up 101 is NOT t…

First you have to sit down and talk with her man. Communicating your wants and needs is VERY essential to getting what you want. If you don't ask the answer is no. Second once you both sit down and figure out what is not working, change it. A relationship is NOT 50 -50 its 100- 100. The "rules" of pick up do NOT apply to a relationship. There are some things that are similar like how to be flirty, being dominant but NOT controlling, self confidence and things like that but the FIRST thing you HA…

Thank you. That is why I decided to teach this stuff but keep in mind one VERY important thing.. You cannot just send someone out and say "Be yourself." They need to develop the best person they can be. Routines are training wheels that teach you to interact BUT they are not the only way to learn how to interact with people. Authentic communication is more natural then people think. These 4 things IF applied will help you more than most people can imagine.

"the best way to improve your inner is to improve your outer" I HATE this phrase... The reason is because if you place your "inner confidence" on things outside of your influence you are not developing anything but false hope. Emotions come from the inside out and NOT the outside in.. Confidence is developed from who you are not what you do. You will gain a boost of confidence by being proficient at things and this is a GREAT thing, but lasting change is something that takes time and it is based…

I cannot tell you how many times I had a set of "friends" like this. Honestly I will say this... The other coach in my company Jimmy is one of my best friends. He said.. "If a friend is not doing everything they can to help you succeed then they aren't really a friend." Think about that...

I kinda agree ImKumarYo, You don't need to be a dick to be alpha. You DO need to be dominate... Being a dick shows that you are ultimately insecure and that is the opposite of being alpha. Don't confuse teasing with being a dick as well.

I respectfully disagree 100% The attraction phase is not something you run -yes you still have fun and joke but that isn't "routines" The Qualification phase doesn't exist The comfort phase is obvious done (you have had sex and you are together) What is left in "game?"

Yes there is more that I could add to this, a lot more infact but these 3 tips are very important. If you are blowing up her phone you are not giving her space so it ties into #1
/r/seduction24/02/11 02:12 PM

Totally! There are times that I talk to women on an indirect basis but it comes from something my friends and I are actually talking about and debating about. An example is... We were talking about gummy bears and worms and I was clear that bears are way better. My other friend swore that worms were the clear choice so I asked a girl in the bar we were in. (Yes we were drunk haha) Indirect isn't evil or bad at all. Indirect is often used for guys who lack the confidence to meet a girl with "hi"
/r/seduction24/02/11 02:11 PM

I agree that those are the 4 traditional parts of game but I want you to notice that there isn't a 5th. The "game" changes after you close a girl and this was the premise for this post.

I am pro everyone including women. The women in my life I love very much and want them to succeed and be happy. Everyday I strive to leave people better then I found them regardless of their sex, race or religion. Women are not objects to me, their people. Clients are not income to me, their people and you are not just a poster on a forum to me, you are a person and because of that I will say, I hope you have an awesome day. All the best, Mayson

1)Let me rephrase a bit " Guys who learn some social skills never shut off there “game” and they stay in attraction by doing routines, not showing any emotions or giving a fuck about her and stuff like that." 2) The more you treat the WOMAN (not the interaction) like a game after you have slept with her the more your chances of losing her increase. There is a parallel with the analogy and the real life experience. Life isn't a game.. It's REAL.. Women aren't a game and we love think that that th…

Agree. Proof looks matter. The elephant man could never date Jessica Alba.. Good news is most of us aren't horribly deformed.
/r/seduction23/02/11 02:13 PM

Bottom line.. Looks = less work in attraction. Confidence will win you the game.

Putting girls on a pedestal means you are supplicating to them because you believe they are better then you. Giving value doesn't mean you constantly compliment them. Sometimes giving value means speaking the truth in a compassionate way. Being a value giver is about leaving them better then you found them and a lot of times that means telling them the truth, not supplicating.

Not Buddhist but have a very deep appreciation and love for the philosophy. Attraction is a fundamental part of something I look for in a woman. I cognitively know that overtime it will fade, this is reality. I also look for other characteristics in a woman that I decide to date. These "qualities" are vast and entail more then just looks. Being a quality woman has more to do with the content of a person's character then their looks, however what I consider "quality" is subjective and not univers…

This does work VERY well... On self conscious lower quality girls. Anyone who cares about who they are refuses to be treated this way.
/r/seduction16/02/11 04:34 AM

So you are saying that a confident guy would purposely lower a girls value because he feels she is higher value then him?
/r/seduction16/02/11 04:33 AM

Thanks, I don't go out "sarging" either but Why don't you go out in general?
/r/seduction16/02/11 04:32 AM

You're right that giving compliments to easy is very supplicative behavior but out right lowering her value is bad too. The happy medium lies in being playful with the girl and giving her a challenge.

Out of the 6 things that you mentioned I think that 2 have core value. Looks fade with time, and beauty is common so as much as I think its a great thing to have it's something that can be taken away. A good career can be taken away so that is not value and the same with hobbies they come and go. Intelligence and hardworking are cool. I think that being a hardworking person equates to perseverance and THAT quality is truly valuable. I bet there is even more to you then these things once you dig …

See this is a HUGE misconception. Negging does not = Banter Banter is FINE because banter is not ment to bring someone down. Banter is ment to be funny and playful. Teasing = GOOD Neg's are designed to lower her value so she will be "cut down" a peg so to speak. This is just wrong, why would a confident guy need to do this?
/r/seduction15/02/11 09:13 PM

Glad you found value in it man! It means a lot to me to treat everyone with respect, authenticity and honesty. These girls that you look at and go, "OMFG they are perfect" have so many insecurities and issues in their life and the last thing they need is more games.

From all my readings a neg is the basic theory that if you can lower a woman’s self-esteem and get her to look for your approval, that you will create attraction for you. This is why Mystery refers to it as a backhanded compliment. Saying things like "nice nails are they real" in order to make her feel insecure is what the purpose of a neg is. Does it display confidence? NO.. It displays arrogance. Confidence is the ability to bring people up rather then put them down. It security in who you are…

why is more of 'game' not focused on these directly? I cannot answer this question. I guess that is why I don't consider myself a pick up artist at all. I can tell you from the thousands upon thousands of interactions I have had that the most powerful attractor for women has been fun.

Sorry that you feel disappointed but let me clarify somethings. 1. A girl with good values is NOT a quality girl all the time. There are MANY exceptions to this rule. Values are defined the individual not a universal system of morality. What you value in someone might not be what I value in them. What makes a girl valuable is specific to that person. I might consider a girl who is a Buddhist a value and you might not, it is all subjective. Looks and attitude equate for a good amount of what YOU …

You are 100% right on the first paragraph. You "get this" but you over look the fact that it doesn't come easy to many guys. Your "understanding" of all this is something you have internalized and you don't see the need to broken down instructions but the fact of the matter is many people need to understand how this is done. Granted, negging, lowering value and over gaming are all downsides to the community but there are plenty of amazing lessons as well that you shouldn't overlook. If I asked y…

From my understanding of a neg it is designed to lower a woman's confidence. Mystery Method 101 teaches that shit. Even if what you said is true that the point is to make her realize that the only way to improve her self-worth is to be with you then you would be flat out wrong. The only way to improve ANYONE'S self-worth is to find value in who you are based on internal things NOT external things. Any way I can see it, negging is wrong and here is why... If you are a 10... You look in the mirror…

Great thoughts! Emotions change over time and I think your right it is about FEELING more then THINKING and this is proven in relationships all the time.
/r/seduction15/02/11 06:39 PM

Disagree. Game gets you quantity, Confidence gets you quality.
/r/seduction15/02/11 06:37 PM

Honestly, like attracts like. Often times broken people will choose broken relationships. Women also feel the need to "fix" guys and they want a challenge so they will often go into relationships saying that "he will change." Hot does NOT equal quality. Quality women in MY opinion (you might be different) are women who have a complete package of looks, wit, charm, drive and success. Those women tend to be older then 21 :P

I LOVE this question! First off thanks! As a bigger guy I had more self confidence issues then anyone could imagine. Going about this asking for advice starting off people would tell me lose weight and fix yourself. I thought that no beautiful girl would like me unless I was "normal." This limiting belief cost me so much because I didn't want to face rejection from another person because I was rejecting myself for so many years. It held me back a ton because I DIDN'T ACCEPT ME. Hey man, What you are experiencing is another form of approach anxiety. A lot of people over look that AA is more then just being afraid to talk to girls, it also includes fears like this. To get over this you first need to understand where it is coming from. Like changing any problem in life you must replace it with another behavior or you will revert back. Here is how you do that... I thought about this for a long time awhile ago and here is what I found. Opposites attract. I believe they attract because it's the emotional response of something new and unique that women tend to be drawn to much like a moth is drawn to a flame. I have also noticed they don't CONNECT though. See the opposites will be drawn to each other but they have nothing to connect on so often these encounters are short lived. I am SURE there are examples saying the opposite but in my findings in my own l…

I agree that women tend to not fully know what they want. I also think the same thing applies to men. People in general don't know what they want, they have an idea of what they want. My challenge is this, I am not saying the advice the women listed in here is right or wrong but I would challenge you to try taking it and see what happens. In all my findings from them I have noticed that confidence was very important.

I am going to give you some advice.... Confidence comes from embracing not resisting. Far to often people come to the community and people tell them all the things they HAVE TO change to "get good." I do believe that many people need to change habits but you don't need to look like mystery to pick up girls man. Besides if you knew who these "gurus" really were you would rather die a virgin then EVER been like them. Remember what I said, confidence comes from EMBRACING... NOT.. resisting.. If you…

I think you are pretty close here but the vocabulary is tripping us up from agreement. Cockiness is arrogance in disguise. The thing about arrogance and cockiness is that they come from a place of insecurity. The cocky person is one who cannot display confidence because he or she doesn't possess it. Cockiness is a mask that we put on to shield others from the reality that behind it lies a person who lacks self confidence. Cockiness is not confidence and cannot convey your confidence in my opinio…

I also HIGHLY recommend learning to reconcile your past and putting new tools in place to help you sustain and grow your self confidence. Change your look, change your life! First understand what push pull is and isn't It IS: The raw form for flirting. It is basically building a rapport and then breaking it. This can be done with verbal and physical sensations It ISN'T: A "game" in the sense that you try to win. This is something people have done for years. It is very effective in creating positive tension. Try push and pulling verbally as well as physically.

I basically just told her that we didn't have to have sex, it wasn't that big a deal. I just continued to have fun, banter, makeout and the kissing lead to foreplay and then it was on. Basically she didn't want to feel slutty and her logical mind stepped in. Make no mistake this wasn't a "trick" she wanted to have sex but like most people, she got a little nervous.

There is a big difference between being "nice" and being a supplicator. Now.. let's play devil's advocate here.. Ever hear of a shy, insecure guy who girls were like "awww he's sooo cute." and they end up hooking up, YUP... Happens ALL the time.

Women have a different sex drive then a man does when it comes to showing it so openly. Do women like sex, absolutely.. I think women tend to be more open minded and wilder then men most of the time when it comes to sex. The frequency that women have sex has many determining factors such as age, self worth, menstruation cycle and mood. Every woman is different when it comes to frequency and her bedroom behavior but as you allow her to express herself and openly communicate your sexual fantasies …

I have SERIOUS issues with the commercial side of pick up. I could go off on the amount of horrific products, teachers and BS that is out there. Entropy once said something to me that has always stuck with me. We were hanging one day and he was like "You know people who aren't that good tend to teach and the people who are good tend to get in the community get what they need and get out." This stuck with me when I worked with other industry "professionals." There are AMAZING coaches out there an…

Thanks for the kind words and no worries at all. In a one sentence answer we teach guys to build confidence for their dating lives. We are very holistic in our approach to things but this is not the place for me to go on a rant about my company. :) I am just here to help now, not doing any "promotion" or anything like that. If people want to find me they will, that is my philosophy.

In a lot of ways I agree but what I have learned is that each point is relevant for people when they are going through it. Who am I to say that one lesson is greater than another but what I do know is that once I stopped routines, tricks and tactics and worked on my lifestyle and confidence I had a VERY noticeable change in the QUALITY of women, the QUANTITY of women dropped off dramatically.

Journaling is one of my key's to being successful at this. I cannot emphasize enough the power of being able to go back and read the things that were going on. Rob Judge wrote and amazing article about this not to long ago and it's worth a read. (don't have the link sorry) As for the second part of your question I have and continue to blog about it. :)

Great point! What I am saying is that Chemistry isn't attraction as the community knows it. Basic attraction is primal and very predictable. Chemistry is a layer that goes much deeper. You either have chemistry or don't with a person and what determines this is out of your hands. See Chemistry is about personality quirks and idiosyncrasies. I can get into this more if you'd like.

You know in all my experiences from teaching students and from my own path in this stuff I have learned that there is a symbiotic relationship between inner and outer. I think that coaches who teach IG only forget that experiential learning brings about tons of self confidence! Great observation!

First thing you should know is that if you are with women there WILL be drama, this goes for men too I am not being sexist... yet :P In all seriously, drama is a part of everyone and you will see more drama especially if you are dating REALLY hot girls. I cannot tell you how many times a night there was tons of drama in the nightclub I did promotions for, most of it centered around girls. As for your questions about "becoming a pua" It starts with understanding how being social in general works.…

Well before I can answer that I need clarification.. You said you have been told you look and behave like a pua but you have no confidence? And you want to be a pua? First thing is this.. PUA's don't always have confidence. There are so many "good" teachers, students and guru's I have met that have less confidence then virgin guys I know... legit... So what are you trying to become?

Absolutely! It starts small, once someone can understand how attraction works they should be doing it out in the field nonstop. It's one thing to read the seddit forums it's another thing getting off the computer and making it happen in real life. This mindset is one that has helped me and many of my students throughout our lives but it is useless unless you follow it. This is why outer game > inner game in the beginning stages of learning how to interact with women.

Hey chumpta, I actually believe that GFTOW is actually some bad advice. Here is why... If your "connections" with women are based on sex then your really not making a deep connection. When a person has oneitus they are making an EMOTIONAL connection with someone and the only way to break and emotional connection is to form other emotional connection. Sometimes in sex that works but far to often it leads people into what I call the "black hole" of self deprecation. When someone is trying to get o…

Most of the time in my experiences flakes have so much to do with comfort. My job was a club promoter and I met her through some friends, she thought I was just another stuck up player for awhile. When I was teasing, having fun and taking time to talk with her I think that was the point she stopped seeing me as a stuck up promoter and started seeing me as a human being. One thing I noticed is when you have a high value occupation it is easy for women to over value you quickly. I think this was a…
/r/seduction29/12/10 12:14 AM

Fair enough. I have and wanted to reiterate that I knew this girl but she kept flaking on me. This was not even close to our first interaction. If you read if from that context I can see how this would be insane but I have talked to her many times before this and this was my attempt at getting her from flake to hang out.
/r/seduction28/12/10 11:56 PM

I would re-read what I said that this is for when you are not seeing them face to face (ie the flake part of this) and when you are not talking to them on the phone. The whole point of this is not to replace going out or to say this is better then bar, clubs, live interaction or anything. I am simply stating this is a way to rekindle a flake that was close.. Good discussion

There is nothing wrong with online dating or trying to "recover" a girl who you wanted. What is wrong is when you fixate only on that one person while not even in a relationship. These are often confused in the community and people get a sense of arrogance when it comes to "abundance mentality." It is very true that there are billions of women out there and it's important to understand this and keep it in mind, but it's also important to form emotional connections and like girls or you treat the…

I think you are confusing attraction with sexual attraction. These are different things. Sexual attraction + escalation = ONS
/r/seduction06/12/10 05:33 AM

Sure, Just because you hold a woman's attention doesn't mean she wants to sleep with you. Far to often in the community we associate attraction with sex and that is FAR from true. Attraction (or attention) is one piece of the puzzle. If you have her attention you have the opportunity to showcase your personality more, build some rapport, banter and spark a connection. Being "successful" with women means that you are able to not only generate attraction but also build comfort, take things sexual …

Again I disagree. You CAN change your looks quite a bit, ask a plastic surgeon. (I am not advocating plastic surgery to get girls haha) Start by learning fashion. If you are overweight, lose it. If your teeth are a mess fix them. These are all things you can do but DON'T do it for girls do it for yourself first. Looks matter.. I promise you that really really attractive girls are vain too. *1. One who opens the set, owns the set. * He gets first choice of target. This is plain and simple. If you open you get first choice of the target. If you are coming into the set make sure that you have already worked out a code like “have you seen jimmy” to signify if the person wants a wing. 2. The primary purpose of wing is to help his friend get his target. Again straight forward, you are not there to compete you are there to DHV your friend and occupy the obstacle. *3. I think this is a GREAT article but your question is one that the author didn't seek to address. Having gone out alone on many occasions I would offer the following advice. Don't just stand there do something: From even BEFORE you enter the place say hi to the guy checking your ID. Ask him how his night is going and how busy is the place. This will get you in a social mood. The FIRST person you see, guy, girl anyone walk up and start a conversation with a smile on your face. Ask them about their…

In theory this is great. The problem is being an event planner and promoter for years I can tell you that MOST places get busy and if you annoy the bar tender by talking to them it is a bad thing. Well first I think it is a great thing that you are trying to improve your life! Part of this process is hearing things that are honest and genuine. Here is the HONEST and genuine feedback on how to do this.. 1) Looks accounts for about 80% of what guys look for in a women. That is the simply fact. Being overweight and trying to attract a man is VERY hard and that is the truth. A man is attracted through his eyes but falls in love through his heart. 2) SMILE.. First off, understand that finding confidence is not based on the amount of women you get. Sure in the beginning as you are getting girls you feel amazing! What happens over time is you slip into something that I call, "the black hole." There is no question that "social circle interaction" is the way to go about it from a long term perspective on a college front. Devloping a strong social circle is one of the major keys to getting really good results in your dating life.
