Didn't work for me after 2 years though. I guess I'm my worst enemy and sabotage every legit attempt.I can't say I have gained nothing at all, but apparently not everyone will be successful.

This subreddit is really awesome from a self improvement standpoint. I am a female in a happy, committed, long term relationship and I still love this sub. I’ve had a lot of issues with self doubt, standing up for myself, general self confidence- I started following this sub after I got out of a 6 year relationship and it really helped me find the confidence (as a newly singly mom) to get back out there and have fun (which I sure as hell did). I gained a lot more confidence in myself and understanding of basic social interactions, learning how to navigate relationships (new and long term, platonic and romantic), etc. it really helped lay the groundwork that I could build myself up and help me be in a much healthier place for my current relationship.

To piggyback on OP -Mad love to all the contributors here- I rarely comment on posts but I read them and they’ve helped changed my life for the better Cheers!
