Hello! I’m looking for advice on how to break the ice to a guy I work with that I’m interested in taking him out. People at my work can and do date, to varying success. Ideally I’m looking for casual. I just really enjoy our energy/banter and I find him cute. We talk every day online and I think he might be interested, but I am terrible at knowing when a guy is interested or just being friendly. Anyway.. we mostly talk about work but we make it fun/funny. I don’t know how to subtly get to know him or ask him out about things that aren’t work. My experience with men is that they are terrible with hints, but I also don’t want to embarrass him since we work around people and have never been alone together. I’m considering adding him on fb to ask in messenger, but I’m not sure if that’s too forward. Today during a meeting he angled his body toward me so I think the body language is there, but I’m terrible at reading, especially in a work environment..
