If you do decide to ban me, may I at least make this one final post? I'm not a bad person, just perhaps incompatible with all of you. But I do want you guys to be successful. Would you be willing to give me another chance and take me under your wing? And in return I promise I won't tease or make fun of you guys for not having that which the majority of the male population is naturally born with. A regular, normal, functional personality.

I don't hate any of you guys, even though you all hate me. But if you're willing to give me another chance, I really would sincerely like to invite all of you out. Is anger and negative energy a common part of all your personalities? Why not just be in a positive confident and more playful light? Have you guys always been confrontational, fearful, apprehensive and negative?

This is an exercise I've used in the past.. hopefully it will help all of you.

Guys I'm not a troll. I AM a fitness model. And even though I realize I've rubbed many of you the wrong way, it was never really my intention. I can understand why you guys see us as meatheads and douchebags. It's never our intention to be "jerks". But because of our personalities I guess we can be perceived in that way. And I'm sorry.

Please try this I hope it helps you:

Close your eyes and pretend like you're looking through that point slightly above and between your eyebrows.
Feel your chest slightly rise and fall with each breath. Good. Now remember all the most happy, incredible, satisfying, fun, adventurous events in your life.
Imagine as if these events are in your heart. When you're at this state, Smile. Good.
Now imagine that all you Want to accomplish is already accomplished. Whatever course or project, whatever dream or career. You want a better body? You HAVE that body. Better career? You HAVE that career. Whatever you want. How does it feel? Good.
Now imagine yourself working out and eating healthy With that amazing body already arrived. Good. Imagine yourself working and studying WITH that amazing career or project already completed.
Let that amazing feeling spread From your chest and heart area to the rest of your body. Stay in it as long as you want.
When you're happy and energized and rested and ready to open your eyes, open your eyes.

Ideally try to do this before going to bed AND the moment you wake up in the morning. Also, do a few sumo squats and bicycle crunches before bed as well as a few sumo squats and bicycle crunches the moment you wake up. Great way to start the day.
