It is fine to slap an ass, as long as you have the reason to do so.

If she says something not nice, or just being annoying, then yes it is fine. Don't slap without pretext.

Personally, I look at seduction as a job. It is something I have to do, cause, well, it needs to be done. Have no feelings about that. It helps to overcome this "she is better than me" thinking.

Slapping her ass is not gonna make things sexually escalated just to get a response I believe, important thing about escalation is mutually escalating things, I would start getting small compliance to see where she is at emotionally, if it's a red or green light etc. mean by that if she is responding or not, like holding her hand, squaring up and just keeping laser eye contact and adding tension to see if she is responding go ahead go for escalating even more.
