I am from Brazil and planning to live in another country, I have Italian citizenship so I can live in Europe legally and, I guess it would not be hard to live in the US (although illegally after some months). So, in your opinion, what the best city for a single man to live? European city is preferred since I would live legally.

Edit: Top priorities:

1.Beautiful women (subjective concept, i know)

2.Busy night life (lots of bars, clubs, venues to game) on most days

3.Women on the street to run day game.

4.Tourists (not the most important but would be really nice)

I didn't specify much because i am basically dropping everything, i have a law degree in Brazil but i won't be able to use it anywhere. Pretty much in all other aspects (jobs, security, health, education and others), probably any european city will kick Brazil's ass, so, it will be a good upgrade anyway.

I want to work with personal development and game, so, would be nice to go to a city with lots of PUA's and guys into self-development to make friends/connections.
