I approach talking to women a bit like golf - you’re gonna have bad days, and you’re going to have good days.
The key is trying to make your bad shots less bad, not making your good shots better. That way, even on a “bad night” you still have a chance to have a good conversation with someone you’re attracted to.
Also - if you’re playing terribly, trying to still have a good time and think about every shot separately from the last one is the most important, and most fulfilling, thing you can do.

Crazy enough it just might work.

Also remember you’re doing it for you, for fun, not for the score.
And just like with anything - practice makes perfect.
This golf analogy is really blossoming

I know what you mean, and I think a lot of it probably comes down to stuff you take for granted, like how you slept. Also there are some interactions you’ll make early in the day that will set the tone for the rest of the day. This is all just conjecture and I don’t really have a straight up answer for you, but I know what you mean.

Not every day is going to be a good day. But I'd take whatever steps you normally take to make yourself feel confident. For me I've started using facial scrub and moisturiser and feel much better for it.
Never thought of facial scrubs but now ill try that

Yes, it makes your skin much better. I used to avoid this stuff like the plague, as it's normally quite feminine - but I don't have to tell people I use it and it may be increasing my success with women..

Thats a side effect of high estrogen. Fluctuating mood/feelings/emotions.
How do get rid of it. Get it out of me

Lift weights. Protein intake. Cardio. And especially good sleep.
