Never Ending Convos

Listen and respond - Really simple, listen intently to what she's saying. This raises the likelihood that you will come up with something to respond with. This also helps if you get self conscious because you remove your focus from yourself and what you're doing and shift it to her.
Statement-Question-Statement-Statement - Basic pattern of conversations. Pull up a text or chat thread with a friend. You'll notice this. Basically it goes like this: You make a statement "Cold day today" then ask a question "Don't you think?" then the other person responds with a statement, "Nah, it isn't that cold" then you respond to the persons' statement with a statement of your own "Fuck you, I can see you shivering!" then the cycle repeats. To make this a little easier on yourself just make sure you respond to a girl's statement with a statement of your own before you ask another question.
Hooks & Leads - In everything a person says they present many possible topics. For example: "A quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog." Leads are things you can use to generate hooks, hooks are topics of conversation. The leads I see in that statement are quick, fox, jump, lazy, and dog. Possible topics: quick = how fast you ran after you pranked your friend, fox = what do foxes do in the wild?, jump = how do basketball players jump so high?, lazy = the most epic things people have come up with out of laziness, dog = how you used your friend's dog to pickup a girl.
Commonalities - This is the easiest way to ensure you have a never ending conversation. So use the techniques before this to find a legit commonality with a girl. Something that you won't just say "me too" to but actually be excited about. If you have two people that have a lot of opinions and thoughts on one topic and you put them together a long conversation is guaranteed.

Making Convos Fun

Comfort - Break Rapport

Pretty much that. Alternate between building comfort and teasing the girl, making jokes, negging, disqualifying (this can be funny ex. telling a tall girl she's too short for you), etc. Building comfort is simple, just agree with her when you're talking about the thing you have in common. Disagreeing is also a form of breaking rapport and that can be funny too, "You like Hagen Daaz? Oh no...I can't even talk to you right now."

Making Convos functional

You should have the pull mapped out from the very beginning. Which means you know where the date will be, you know how to justify going somewhere near your place or going straight there, getting her to your bedroom, etc. When you have things mapped out you can then structure your qualifying based on your plan.

So lets say there is a karaoke place that is 15 minutes from your house and you want the date there so that the pull is easier ask her questions like, "Who's your favorite artist?", "Are you a good singer?", "What songs are you really good at?", "How would you rate your singing ability compared to your friends?" that way she'll be like, "Fuck, I'll show this guy" and she'll want to go to that karaoke place with you.

See? That was like half a page on a book.
