there are 'quazi rules' for relationships, wait 3-6 months or even more to buy her jewelry. Jewelry is kinda reserved for serious relationships. That said, I don't feel comfortable giving you hard advice given those charms are inexpensive for you. I do, however think they are a bit childish... While gifts can be a good way to show you care about her, at such an early stage of the relationship it's probably better to spend time with her, get to know her, get her to open up about what's bugging her and see if that can cheer her up. If not, then I would ask myself if I really want to date such a moody materialistic woman.

I always pay for her in a cafe/restaurant and for a taxi to her place. I don't know if it's "right" or not, this is how I was brought up.

this is totally normal and fine, don't get carried away with 'not falling into provider roll'.
As long as you are giving her because you can and want to, and it makes you happy it's ok, in fact it's genuinely kind and gentlemanly.
What's not ok is going uncomfortably out of your way to provide her with gifts and having expectations of affection in return.

Show her she really means something to you by spending time with her, or doing something for her, not buying her something material.
I'd suggest going to her place and cooking her dinner. If you can't cook (you should learn a few basic meals), bring takeout and a bottle of wine over, turn on her favorite movie, give her a massage, and only initiate sex if she does, in which case you fuck her brains out so hard she forgets about everything else.
