It’s all about getting them comfortable over time with your touch. If you don’t escalate physically then they will slowly start to see you as a friend. That’s also how you get the text saying they felt no “Spark”.

Simple things you can do physically escalate. Touch them on the shoulder when they tell a joke or you do. If you’re walking somewhere, point something out and guide them with your hand. High five them when they say something you like. Ask to inspect there necklace, watch, tattoos, freckles, anything. Pretend to misunderstand and tell them to say it again whilst leaning in and touching there lower back. Calibrate your physical touch on how they react. If they pull away, just take a step back, talk a bit more and try again later. If they seem comfortable then keep escalating. If she seems to be moving closer to you and touching you back then those are all good signs.

Some women will be more shy and others no so much. It’s up to you to determine how comfortable they’re and adjust accordingly. Don’t want to do anything they’re uncomfortable with. For most people it’s pretty clear when someone is uncomfortable. Steps back, arms crossed, and dodgy eye movement would all be pretty clear indicators that they’re uncomfortable.

Biggest mistake I see is when someone here goes on a date, refuses to get comfortable touching the girl and then gets confused when she doesn’t want a kiss later. It’s a massive jump and a bit jarring going from zero touch to a kiss.

Remember do what feels natural. You’re both trying to have fun. If you’re comfortable with your actions then she will be too. If you’re hesitant or nervous when touching them they will pick up on that and it will feel awkward and forced. I for one have used touch as a general way of speaking when I’m out regardless of gender. Man or women, I like to use touch as a friendly way of expressing myself. It’ll feel more natural and congruent with who you are. I can really only think of one instant where a guy responded with anger when I did so. For most this will make them feel closer to you and more comfortable. We as humans crave connection and touch is the strongest way of building that connection. You’ll notice when you use a friendly touch, most people will reciprocate that similar touch back.

Make sure you have established a level of safety and comfort. This is the foundation for attraction to be built on. If the person doesn't feel comfortable with you, they can't really start to feel attraction.
Lay down a good foundation by being authentic and comfortable with yourself. This is where they will notice that you like yourself, trust your judgement, have confidence in yourself, etc.
Do things that generate attraction, such as being playful and engaging with your conversations and things you discuss. Just be interesting and fun and also be curious about finding out who they are.
Don't escalate sexual tension until you start to get some good indications that the person is comfortable and interested in you. Then drop a hint of something to see how they react. Just work this in. "Sounds like you are adventurous" or something like that to where you can start talking a bit about sex or how that many be a thing you are interested in with them. Then once you all are comfortable and know that's on the table, you just add to it. (Just don't overdo it where you are creepy.)

Appreciate the feedback What about building Attraction on the approach I usually just walk up to them on the street in a situation like this how would you build attraction before asking for a number. I have gotten numbers with not much more than an intro but I feel like the interaction could be better with some rapport yk
