Can anyone give aa crashed course on Body Language?

What is commonly called "swagger" matters a whole lot more than adjusting specific body parts.

Some examples from film that should be easily accessible...(ignore the fact that they are all essentially psychotic/insane)

We all know that the ultimate example of "swagger" whatever "swagger" is...is Brad Pitt in "FIGHT CLUB"

David Duchovny as Hank Moody in "CALIFORNICATION"

Michael Madsen as Mr. Blonde in "RESERVOIR DOGS"

Here's a female example of swagger I saw yesterday, Angelina Jolie as Lisa in "GIRL, INTERRUPTED" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WaAPlGnAXsQ

It's about self-amusement and just feeling like you're on top of the world. Good body language is fine for statues, but we are human beings, and we move. And it's important that you move with style.

Standing up straight, but legs are slightly relaxed, feet are mostly pointed forwards, torso is slightly tilted back, shoulders are back, neck is extended, jaw is down but chin is parallel to the horizon, gaze is up, arms are at sides with wrists slightly tilted in and thumbs are pointed down and relaxed, abs are taut (not sucked in, not pushed out).
