Herpes for sure, but if you did a quick inspection and didn't see any sores the risk is low. Mono would be a possibility as well. Chances are you'll be fine dude grats on scoring some tongue actions.

You're looking for guarantees. There are none. Odds are low but you seem to want someone to tell you that it's 0 chance or near-zero.

You can get oral herpes by making out. Only if there are visible sores though. It is not contagious otherwise. Fun fact; most people have oral herpes, they just never get the symptoms (sores).
