Yeah that's what I was thinking too. They are definitely more of the party girls who probably fuck a lot of guys. I think that was my mistake there as those girls or so afraid of commitment. I will try to enjoy myself as best I can

You should always look at any new relationship as having potential for long-term. Don't treat it like a "fling" otherwise they will realize you're just there for the pussy and they will bail on you. The other possibility is you're a lousy lay. Work on that. Nothing makes a woman more loyal than a man that can give her memorable pleasure.

Along with the other advice about being a lousy piece of dick and targeting girls who have no interest in anything but partying then finding the nearest dick at the end of the night, consider the likelihood that it could come down to the fact that you are NOT the guy who you are project to get them initially interested. If you are just using PUA techniques and attraction knowledge to "trick" them into being attracted then you can only keep that facade up for a short time.
Work on really becoming that successful, attractive dude who has an interesting life so that women want to stick around for the long term. If you are attracting women then that part seems down, but you have to have substance underneath the hood.
Oh yeah I see that. To me however it feels like I have substance, and as soon as I show any sign of vulnerability or anything of actual substantial value, they flee. I could be overthinking too but I feel like I am not trying to trick people into it. Then again I could be just attracting the type of girls who are noncommital and looking for nothing with commitment at the moment
