For me, the first step to be charming is putting yourself in the other person's shoes and find ways to make her feel better or have fun. If she sees you're not all about yourself, then you'll come off as charming.

The second ingredient would be passion. Either having a passion for yourself, or showing interest on hers. Someone passionate is always charming, and you can make an endless conversation from it.

It also depends on your personality like im an introvert but I'm fine with socializing but if a took a break for a few days or weeks it takes time to get back to my previous level. Took me years to develop my charming or just simply confident social skills so some lessons I learnt over the years.

Body language - smiling, open body language and strong eye contact - what makes you non verbally charming? Strong eye contact and smiling. useful with flirting too if you get used to it.

Self-amusement so say whats on your mind without censoring yourself, it's okay if you're rude sometimes just say that I'm kidding, helps me every time if I push my limits too far

Enjoy yourself - Say what you wanna say, what you enjoy talking about, what you enjoy doing, and if you have funny stories. leant how to enjoy yourself in any conversation then you can get on weel with basically anyone.

Be curious - every people loves to talk about themselves so let them talk about themselves, let them open up and be present and listen

Set boundaries - It's fine if you went too far, you can easily correct it but you have to let other people know when they went too far. Set your own boundaries on what people can get away with and what they can and stick to it if its too much, not every people gonna love you for that but you earn much more respect

Dont give af - You know who you are, you're fine with that and other people's worthless opinion doesn't gonna change that so dares to be yourself, be comfortable with being yourself

Converse with everyone you come into contact with (grocery store, restaurant, bar, etc.)

Develop your vocabulary, ask personal questions (within reason), be superficial (generous tips with waiters, caring,...), compliment people on things they have control (hair, dress, but not face or something they've no control), always be smiling, be firm, have stories (travel and be experienced to have stories), and finally converse with everyone, don't ever stand holding a beer. Go talk to anyone, introduce yourself and for me I always say: "sorry we haven't met yet, my name is...). The more people you know the more people think you're popular.
