Give them a good incentive to go to your place, based on their likes/ interests. They like certain music? Invite them to come listen to some vinyl. Particular food? Offer it at your place for delivery. Travel? Offer to show a unique souvenir that you have at home.

Work it into conversation. If you’re talking about pets, mention your dog and how he does tricks etc and say, “You have to come see this sometime…” (She’ll know the time you mean is now.)

Find what they like and relate it to your place. All else fails, offer up drinks and a movie in your den.

It helps if you have an excuse that is not sex. And it also helps if you go through multiple venue changes to build trust before asking.

For example: From the dancefloor, invite her to the corner to chat, from the corner, invite her to check out another bar with you, from the other bar, invite her for a short stroll near the water, from the stroll, invite her home to "look at your new goldfish" or whatever.

But if you guys are making out, and she's getting really horny. Strike while the iron is hot and ask directly if she "wants to get outta here." Then you can discuss your place or hers, or book a hotel for the night. Whatever she's comfortable with.
