New girl in the office was hired a couple weeks ago, I've already started the initial conversation during our introduction. No number/No date. We have spoken about what kind of people we are somewhat like siblings and upbrining(the boring part of interacting)

We only communicate when I initiate. When we get into convo's it seems all good but it should go 50/50 on initiation shouldn't it? Also w/e I go to her desk..co workers always get in the middle talking about things.. So I end up not saying anything to her and addressing other people trying to develop a face to face situation since all of our convo's are on the computer.

Sidenote about me: I do have success with women but only when they make it quite obvious they are interested, I usually don't know when ppl are interested. My confidence/approach changes depending on how attractive I find the woman..aka meaning I suck when I think the girl is gorgeous but if I think she's cute I approach much better.

I'm looking for some insight on what I should do moving forward with this girl.
