So to give a little background. I'm 22M she is 20F, we work together in a bar, I'm a bartender and she's in the kitchen or floor. It's a small place, so everyone interacts a lot with each other when working. She is ridiculously hot, the closest to a 10/10 I've seen in the flesh in recent memory (also a pretty fun person to be around to be fair), and here is where it gets interesting - both me and her are moving to different cities and changing job in about 1 month. I feel like this negates one of the main arguments against coworker hookups and such things, since we both will not be working there soon either way.

Anyway, she was away for a while but ever since she came back to work we've been having a lot of flirting going on at work, along with lots of eye contact, touching etc. So now my question is: I feel like I have almost nothing to lose by trying to get with her (only looking for something very casual, obviously), but I have never actually done anything like this with a coworker so it still feels like some treacherous territory. Even though logically the worst that can happen is we get a few relatively awkward shifts if it doesn't work out. Should I go for it? If so, any bits of wisdom about this kinda conundrum to help a brother out? Any tips/words of motivation to pursue this?

I feel like I'll end up doing it either way because fuck it, but any help or experience from someone who may have been in a similar situation could help! If there's something you want me to clarify or expand on, just ask.
