So basically I just wanted to post here because I felt I have made some progress yesterday. I was at a club last night, and saw this girl looking at me. We were dancing next to each other. I couldn’t approach her then but later I saw her again and went for it, she told she has a boyfriend but atleast I don’t have to live with regret now. Did a couple more approaches, none of them worked out but tbh I was actually going about it just to improve confidence which did happen. I know that rejections are a part of the game but sometimes it kinda leads to self doubt :/ but I am much better today.
