My favorite move is to lean in several times as if I were going to kiss her but at the last moment I peel away a little and whisper something into her ear. Go for it when you want to. If she pulls away I ignore her afterwards (cat string theory). If she comes back I can try again later. If not no sweat. Have an attitude of abundance. There are lots of women out there, and no one is going to be better than the next. At least going for it early on lets you know if she is interested and whether or not you are wasting your time.

If your PUA instincts tell you that it's time to go for the kiss, then fucking go for it. Ignore your anxiety, and don't be dependent on her reaction. If she pulls away then don't sweat it, 9 times out of 10 she will give you another opportunity later once she's warmed up to the idea. If she acts disgusted or pissed that you went for the kiss then she's not interested at all and you can move the fuck on.
