When you see a girl walking by, is it ok if you to compliment them for an ice breaker. For example the other day I was walking and saw this girl coming towards me, I kind of felt like she was paying attention to me. I saw that she was wearing these blue shades. I said "I like your shades!" she said thanks. We had a little conversation but it seemed like she was in a hurry so I let her go (also I was chickening out lol). Is this a good idea to try and get her attention?
