Am I the only one who's been in this situation? As a 22-year-old male talking to attractive women anywhere from late 20's to early 40's and they start talking about their age/looks. They are obviously feeling uncomfortable or self-conscious about things and I'm just not sure how to respond. How do I navigate this situation without sounding fake or like I'm coming on to them?
