 Just my opinion here. Lets say you are making out and you want to cop a feel but you don't know if she is into it... I would probably put my hand on her waist and slowly slide it towards her breast. My rule of thumb that hasn't failed me in my life has been when in doubt move in really slow. If she is not into it she will likely move your hand away. If she does, don't go for it again until you get some kind of green light. It doesn't have to be any more a big deal than that. You may want to wait until intoba few minutes of kissing before trying this move, as kissing makes women horny, and the hornier she is, the less likely she is to want you to stop.

A simple conversation before you even start always works. Ask her what she's into, what she's NOT into; talking about it before starting can even work as a sort of foreplay.
