I feel like it’s pretty subjective but when I’m doing really good with good habits in life I’m way more confident with everything. Like if I’ve been working out consistently, working everyday at my job and on my projects, and have been eating well I’m way more confident with women and social interactions in general. If I’m living kindof shitty, eating bad, laying in bed all day, beating my dick alot, I don’t even feel like talking to mfs lol. It could likely be different for you tho so idk.

Interestingly enough I am experiencing the same thoughts recently. It’s not my first realization of this fluctuation though it happens time to time. Sounds like you are lacking in at least one area of your ‘self worth’.

I say this because I’m currently unemployed and desperately job hunting, which in turn is affecting my confidence. It feels as if I have no leverage because most attractive women I know & am interested in all have great jobs- nurses, p.a’s, financial analysts, etc.

That said, I really feel below the top of the dominance hierarchy. Women marry across and up the hierarchy & this bit of knowledge is what’s lowering my belief in my abilities subconsciously when I’m ‘confident’ and consciously when I’m not.

Anyways, I think this lack of certain hierarchical fulfillment could be what’s effecting you. Maybe your lacking in areas that you know you can do better in?

What I find that always helps in these situations is, ridding yourself of any insecurities. Be mindful when your insecurities have a hold on you, and smash the shit out of them, it can only help. Do your best!
