If you have the will power you can try this:

Cut yourself off from booze and fapping for 21 days. Your natural sex drive should give you the courage to approach women.

When your body realizes it's not getting any more booze anytime soon great things can happen.

I've cut myself off from booze a few times in the past and currently I'm on day 2 of 21 of no booze.

Not because I'm scared to approach women sober, but because I've been abusing alcohol lately instead of doing HW, going to the gym, cleaning my apt, etc.

However, I used to have problems when approaching women sober until I did the 30-day challenge where i went out to the bars for 30 days in a row and approached as many girls as I could. I stayed out for a minimum of two hours. It got to the point where I was dreading the sight of girls because that meant I would have to go talk to them.

Eventually it cured my anxiety. There are other ways to go about it as well. It just takes will-power and commitment. I don't think there's an easy way out of it.

Sasha daygame came up with this easy exercise to get yourself being chatty and confidence while sober, anywhere. I haven't tried it yet myself, but I can already tell this exercise is awesome for building momentum and confidence in social situations. Yes, taper yourself off.

Let's say when you go out you normally have 5 drinks. The next time make it four drinks, then three, then two, then one, then none if you really want to improve your game. This will get you use to talking to women sober.

If you feel more comfortable with a drink in your hand, have the bartender pour you a glass of cranberry in a small glass, it'll look like a drink to anyone who sees you. If you don't have a drink in your hand and someone wants you to drink, just tell them you're driving and people won't ask you to.

This is what I did when I wanted to get good at talking to women sober. This also gets your daygame much better as you no longer need to rely on alcohol to meet women.
