Hi guys! I'm a 20yr old male and today I got rejected by a girl.

Long story short, we attend the same class and she asked me whether I could help her with some material. So today we met and I explained her everything. She was acting pretty nervous though, and touched me on chest two times flirting, which was a clear sign for me. So in the evening I wrote her that we should go out together next week. Then she wrote if we are meeting to learn and I jokingly replied "Of course, gotta make sure you understand everything". She laughed and I asked her if she's free on Monday evening. She replied though that she is very busy the whole week and we won't have a chance to meet. I took that as a rejection, if she actually wanted to meet she would propose a different term. Any ideas why is that? Or is my way of thinking wrong?
