Basically say and talk about anything you like. Just smile, have confidence, and talk. Before you know it the conversation will flow naturally.

I'd say in order to start, you can always say something you observe about her like 30vanquish said. I believe the method is called an OCTQ, first observe, comment, topic, question. It's more of a guideline and it can work really well. Just like everyone said it's how you say it, but one thing that is also key especially for night game, is to captivate her or them(group) during a conversation. Hell you can talk to her about anything, as long as you say it with enthusiasm and confidence, you're golden!
