If convo stays in one place, seems to lead nowhere, girl pulls out. If you want to approach her in real life circumstances, there are few things you should keep in mind if you want to create some potent relation and dynamics. Stay laidback, topics should be quite simple but pleasurable and engaging, don't touch any serious or boring shit like school, job, chores, duties, politics, weather, try to find some common points between you, trigger variety of emotions. Relax your muscles, use deep voice, take proper posture, look her in the eyes, smile, get a little bit closer than you do with a stranger, less words with more expression. Take care about smelling good, wear nice clean clothes, do your hair etc. I would advice to come to it lightly, at first you need to get to know each other a bit and check whether she may be interested or not by observing her reactions and involvement.
