Hi all

I've been speaking to this girl via Instagram text for 2 or 3 weeks, we've hit it off and have a date scheduled in a week's time (next sat). I've also spoken to her on the phone the other day.

At the minute, we've been exclusively texting via Instagram message. As I have her number, I'm considering shifting the conversation to WhatsApp (perhaps to segregate myself from others in case). She is a texter, so they'll be a continuation of texts until our first date.

My question is, does the platform matter at all on where we text? Is it advisable to shift to WhatsApp e.c.t or should I just continue speaking via Instagram message? Or does it not matter?
