Converting ONS into date: Last minute Cancellation. Advice?

I forgot to say you should call her to setup the date not text only a8 min conversation cuz “your busy “ ask her the day she’s free but you already have a time and place picked so tgifridays at 6 or whatever it is you wanna do I go to restaurants cuz I like to try different places to eat but do what you wanna do. You let her pick the day but you pick the time and place do no do not sit there on the phone going well what do you feel like doing ? She’ll say I don’t know what’s you feel like doing and you say whatever you want do not do this ever with anything with females they want you to pick and be the leader. Last thing talk for alike 2 min on the phone after the dates set then get off even if she’s tryna keep talking to you. If she’s tryna keep you on the phone (which she probly will ) cuz most guys are afraid or to lazy to call when you get off the phone early with her she’ll be super interested in you and wanna get to know you more but do not have long conversations on the phone your just tryna get her on make her laugh for a min then get the date make a joke about something especially if you can relate it to the fact that your making phone call then get off the phone and don’t let her change the terms of the date or she’ll just flake.

I’m not gonna pretend to have all the answers but what I think you did wrong was a few things number 1 I wouldn’t have started a conversation with hey hope you got home safe it sounds like your already really into her(to her)2.when you ask her out ask her when she’s free to get together so she picks the day she’s free if you say Thursday then she says I’m busy Thursday then you say Wednesday you look like a guy with no social life whos willing to cater to her schedule just to get a date. 3. I wouldn’t set a date earlier than 6 o’clock are you gonna kiss her in the parking lot and makeout with her a little in the middle of the day? Little kids might be walk-in in she might be uncomfortable even if your not. 4. When she tries to change the time she’s tryna test you to see if your even worth going out with cuz she’s unsure and doesn’t wanna waste her day with someone she’s not sure about. If she calls last second and says she’s running late I’ll go with that cuz shit does happen but then I’ll tease the shit outa her for being late. If she tries to change the time on a first date way before the date just tell her your busy and we can schedule another time when your free she’ll either say no I can make it in which it was a test and you passed she’ll say okay and reschedule right there with you but if she doesn’t make a suggestion to reschedule she’s probly really on the fence and you most likely won’t see her but wait a full week and ask her when she’s free to get together if she does the same shit move on your wasting your time
