Used to happen all the time to me as well. Best advice I can give is to ask the girl if she can put it on. But not all girls is able to do that. Second best is to make putting it on part of the warm up, like doing it directly over her face or something, make some tension. But thats hard to do when you dont know the girl or are inexperienced.

Overall advice is to not stress, but again, difficult. Practice putting it on at home to reduce the time it takes.

Condoms and a bunch of drinks usually leaves me unable to stay very hard as well. Cut one of them out and its no problem. When I bring girls home from the clubs, its more about the morning after when you wake than the drunken mess you make before you pass out.
