I feel most confident when I say to myself, I don't need anything, pretty girl ... pssshh; and I can see my confidence working, girls will approach me, and seem intrigued, but by them I have my head so far stuck up my ass, I walk on by and feel like a total asshole afterwards.
on the other hand, I get too excited if I "see", I turn into a fumbling retard, I start to wonder about what to say and do even before I've even made proper eye contact, I start going into AFC mode, getting agitated as if it was her fault for being there, I've got some social anxiety issues to work through.
my question is, is there a middle ground?
Second and related question; I feel like I am unable to 'create' opportunities, maybe this is just my anxious demeanor, I would love to be able to just walk up to someone attractive and strike up a conversation, but I feel like I am not 'light' enough on my feet, and take things too seriously all the time.
can anyone relate to my condition? any tips and advice?
