Don’t, unless they approach you. It’s fine to flirt and see if they’re interested based on reciprocation but if it turns out their not you could risk a trip to hr and then unemployment or at least a VERY awkward work environment. The best thing you can do is flirt a little and let her lead so your ass is covered

Upvote this, because i don’t wanna risk anything without knowing her intentions and if here are COMPLETELY different from mine. That’s why i’ve been trying to just keep it cool and not do anything stupid. Seems like she treats me different from other coworkers or dudes but that’s something to look into. Thank you for this advice!

I’m going to give you the opposite advice of most people probably and this is only personal experience so take what you will from it.
Personally I’d try and invite her out with another few coworkers. I know you said it’s corporate, but any restaurant I’ve worked in there’s always some comradery.
If you frame it as a few of you going out for a beer after your shift it’s much less obviously of what you’re trying to do. If she’s even remotely interested In you she’ll say yes. And then you can take it from there and it takes out the awkwardness of having to ask her on a date while on the clock which isn’t the best.
I work in restaurants and have slept with many a waitress this way, because it takes away the awkwardness of asking someone out at work and allows it to be more causal.
It also gives you a good indication if she’s interested. If she says no to even drinks with You and other coworkers, she probably doesn’t really want anything to do with you even on a friendly level. You can frame it as a way to get to know your coworkers better, as you said you don’t know her that well.
Causally asking someone to grab a beer isn’t going To get you sent to hr. And even if it somehow did, you tell hr that you were trying to build rapport with your coworkers.
The only time this doesn’t work, is if the girl you’re attracted to is the hr person, that’s a whole other can of worms.

Never mix business with whores (generally speaking ) if they flirt use it as an experience and toy with them a bit ... also work on your not giving a fuck skills but don’t fuck up your source of income thinking bout somebody who already getting they back broken by a dude who doesn’t give a fuck
