K I tried to search for this alot but couldn't find it specifically so don't blame me here.

I understand the high energy, be fun type on the dance floor to easily attract the female attention and the approaching from front/side and not being the hovering creep from behind.

However - when I am able to have fun just dancing by myself and attract female attention, sometimes it seems they try to move in front of me so I am facing her from behind and she wants me to do the 'forbidden' approach from behind. In this case can I just slide right up to her from behind - it feels weird as I never do this and alot of pua advice i've read say its kind of a sin in terms of dance floor approach. I am not sure what else to do though - she's already in front of me, taking peeks behind herself, moving her hair to her side and exposing her neck - could it be possible girls want to be approached from behind sometimes? What's a tactful way to go about this?

Some ideas I've played with:

  • Tap on the shoulder and ask (beta? idk)
  • Walk all the way around to her front (weird)
  • Just go for it from behind and hope for the best (could be creepy)

Tl;DR - Can I approach a girl from behind on the dance floor when it seems like she's asking for it?
