What about the thought that dating can be socially awkward anyway.

Does anybody feel like dating is a waste of time?

Does anyone feel like the success of their date depends more on the social acceptance of the date than what you are?

"Hey look at us we're on a date." (Gets online)" Hey look, I went on a date."

I have dated and it's been hit and miss. A better way of getting to know someone was always through casual contact through friends or I always see women around that I've gotten to know. Never dated, though. I think I've relatively good success without having to put myself out there.

Does anybody else have experiences like these?
