Dear Men, what does it mean to be comfortable with yourself and how does it help with women?

Being comfortable with yourself means being able to look at yourself in the mirror and say "I like me. I love me. Flaws and all. Im not perfect. I'll change what I can and accept what I can't. Im a work in progress and everyday Ill make an effort to be a better man than I was yesterday, but Im okay with the man I am today. And that man doesn't need your validation. He doesn't need you to like him or approve of him, or hell, even be attracted to him. But you will not disrespect him. You don't know his story. You dont know his past. You dont know the demons he's slayed or the battles he's fought to be standing here today. He's a good man. And I like him. I like me!"

Know your boundaries, know what you like and don't like, know what you want and don't want, know your strengths and weaknesses, know your fears, know where you're going in life and what you want out of it.

Ton of guys don't know any of this so they supplicate, chase, have weak realities, don't know how to lead, are hyper-reactionary to anything a woman does. These guys end up making women feel like their moms

Women want a guy who's masculine. Being comfortable with yourself is a masculine quality and you obviously have to know yourself to be comfortable.

Far as strong statements, there's a balance. You can be unwavering in your opinion because it's what you believe - that's healthy. But don't be a dick about it or socially tone deaf to the point you're insensitive. If women are distancing themselves that's probably what's happening.
